with Barinder Sodhi
EFT Practitioner
My name is Barinder and I a proud mother of two children who are now mature adults. Having worked in roles where I have helped others, has expanded my knowledge in mental health and well-being. Helping and healing others has always been at the centre of my heart. I am a warm, caring and gentle person who always welcomes people with kindness and openness. A challenging life situation helped me to encourage a loved one to seek help through EFT Tapping. This challenging life experience opened my eyes and showed me EFT Tapping works quickly and effectively. Since then I've used all my life experiences and wisdom to help people grow and evolve. I do believe things happen for a reason and you have read this for a reason, and I hope I can help you one day....
Background of EFT Tapping
EFT Tapping originates from ancient acupuncture principles and based on Chinese meridian theory. Roger Callahan developed TFT (Thought Field Therapy) in the 1980's.
During the 1990's Gary Craig streamlined the process into EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). The number of tapping points were reduced and Craig created the universal tapping sequence. The sequence was more accessible to the wider audience.
EFT is a process where the practitioners will use the tapping sequence with the client to tune into the problem, and using various techniques to get into the root cause.
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping is researched to be effective for psychological conditions such as phobias, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), certain physical pain symptoms and many more. EFT involves tapping on the acupuncture points to tune into the problem. This helps you to address the problem or issue and get to the root cause.
